A simple recipe for cheesy chicken bacon ranch quesadillas.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cooked bacon, chopped
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix chicken, bacon, and ranch dressing.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet.
- Spread 1/4 of the chicken mixture on half of the tortilla.
- Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese over the chicken mixture.
- Fold the tortilla in half and cook until golden brown.
- Flip and cook the other side until golden and cheese melts.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
- Cut into wedges and serve.
Notes
- Use any cheese you prefer.
- Add vegetables like bell peppers for extra flavor.
- Serve with salsa or guacamole.
