- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine Brussels sprouts, cooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, cheddar cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly over the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
