Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Blackstone griddle over medium-high heat.
  2. Add vegetable oil and heat for a minute.
  3. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned.
  4. Add the garlic and stir for 30 seconds.
  5. Add bell peppers, onion, and broccoli.
  6. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  7. Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil, mix well.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Serve hot.
