Description
A simple and quick cowboy stir fry made on a Blackstone griddle.
Ingredients

- 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced
- 2 cups bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup onion, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the Blackstone griddle over medium-high heat.
- Add vegetable oil and heat for a minute.
- Add the sliced beef and cook until browned.
- Add the garlic and stir for 30 seconds.
- Add bell peppers, onion, and broccoli.
- Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil, mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust the vegetables based on your preference.
- Serve with rice or noodles if desired.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container.
