Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, thyme, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  3. Rub the spice mixture onto both sides of the chicken breasts.
  4. Add olive oil to the skillet.
  5. Place the chicken in the skillet and cook for 7-8 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  6. Remove chicken from skillet and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Slice and serve.
