Ingredients

- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your skillet over medium-high heat.
- Mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, thyme, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Rub the spice mixture onto both sides of the chicken breasts.
- Add olive oil to the skillet.
- Place the chicken in the skillet and cook for 7-8 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Remove chicken from skillet and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Slice and serve.
