- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Green onions, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix teriyaki sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic, and ginger.
- Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the sauce mixture over the salmon fillets.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
Notes
- You can marinate the salmon for 30 minutes for more flavor.
- Serve with rice or steamed vegetables.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
