- 1 cup pineapple chunks

- 1 cup sweet and sour sauce

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the sweet and sour sauce, soy sauce, cornstarch, and garlic powder.
- Toss the chicken pieces in the sauce mixture until well coated.
- Place the chicken in a baking dish and add the pineapple and bell pepper.
- Drizzle with vegetable oil and mix gently.
