Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, pumpkin spice, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine pumpkin puree, milk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Fill a donut pan with the batter.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Let cool before removing from the pan.

- Can be topped with glaze or powdered sugar.
