Description
Crispy and delicious zucchini fries made easily in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced into fries
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip each zucchini fry into the egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
Notes
- For extra crunch, spray the fries with cooking spray before air frying.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
