Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
- In a bowl, mix cooked rice, ground turkey, diced tomatoes, cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the mixture into the bell peppers.
- Place the stuffed peppers in the air fryer basket.
