A quick and simple recipe for cooking salmon in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- salmon fillets – 4 pieces
- olive oil – 2 tablespoons
- garlic powder – 1 teaspoon
- salt – 1 teaspoon
- black pepper – 1/2 teaspoon
- lemon – 1, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
- Brush both sides of the salmon with olive oil.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and black pepper on both sides.
- Place the salmon in the air fryer basket, skin-side down.
- Top with lemon slices.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

- Check the salmon for doneness after 8 minutes.
