Ingredients

- 2 cups of mixed vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, carrots)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Chop the vegetables into similar-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, combine vegetables, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Toss until vegetables are evenly coated.
- Place the vegetables in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for desired tenderness, and cook for an additional 2-5 minutes if needed.
- Serve hot.
