A simple recipe for delicious air fryer jalapeno poppers.

- 8 fresh jalapenos
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut jalapenos in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Fill each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture.
- Place the filled jalapenos in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until the jalapenos are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from air fryer and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by leaving some seeds in the jalapenos.
- For a healthier version, omit bacon.
- Feel free to add more spices to suit your taste.
