Description
A quick and easy recipe for falafel wraps made in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 whole wheat wraps
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 cup tahini sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a food processor, combine chickpeas, onion, garlic, parsley, cilantro, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper. Pulse until blended but slightly chunky.
- Add flour and mix until combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls or patties.
- Brush the falafel with olive oil and place them in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
- Warm the wraps in a dry skillet for 1-2 minutes.
- Assemble the wraps with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and tahini sauce.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust seasonings according to taste.
- Serve with extra tahini sauce on the side.
