A simple recipe for making egg rolls in an air fryer.

- 1 package egg roll wrappers
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F.
- In a bowl, mix cabbage, carrots, chicken, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
- Fold the wrapper and seal the edges with water.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Arrange the egg rolls in the basket and spray the tops with cooking spray.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
