Ingredients

  • 1 package egg roll wrappers
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix cabbage, carrots, chicken, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
  3. Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
  4. Fold the wrapper and seal the edges with water.
  5. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  6. Arrange the egg rolls in the basket and spray the tops with cooking spray.
  7. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
