- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Rice the cauliflower using a food processor or box grater.
- In a bowl, combine riced cauliflower, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Toss until well coated.
- Place the mixture in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Check for doneness and serve warm.
