Ingredients
- All-purpose flour: 2 ½ cups (320 g)
- Baking soda: 1 teaspoon (5 g)
- Salt: ½ teaspoon (2.5 g)
- Unsalted butter: 1 cup (226 g), softened
- Granulated sugar: ¾ cup (150 g)
- Brown sugar: ¾ cup (165 g), packed
- Eggs: 2 large
- Vanilla extract: 2 teaspoons (10 ml)
- Sprinkles: ½ cup (80 g), plus extra for topping
- White chocolate chips: 1 cup (170 g)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your baking station.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then add the vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing on low speed until just combined.
- Fold in the sprinkles and white chocolate chips.
- Drop rounded balls of dough onto a baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
- Decorate with melted white chocolate or more sprinkles if desired.
