Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar.
  3. Add the flour, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  4. Fold in the shredded coconut.
  5. Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  6. Make an indentation in the center of each ball to form a nest.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven and let them cool.
  9. Once cooled, fill the nests with chocolate eggs.
