Instructions

  2. In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, butter, corn syrup, and salt over medium heat.
  3. Stir until the mixture comes to a boil.
  4. Boil for 4-5 minutes without stirring.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in baking soda.
  6. Pour the caramel over the popcorn and mix well.
  7. Spread the coated popcorn on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake at 250°F for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
  9. Let cool before serving.
