- 1 can of fruit pie filling (21 oz)
- 1 box of cake mix (15.25 oz)
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter (1 stick, melted)
- 1/2 cup of chopped nuts (optional)
- 1 cup of shredded coconut (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread the fruit pie filling evenly in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Sprinkle the dry cake mix over the fruit filling.
- Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the cake mix.
- If desired, add chopped nuts and shredded coconut on top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
