Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup dulce de leche
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a baking pan.
  4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add dulce de leche, eggs, and vanilla; mix until combined.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set.
  8. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
