- 2 pounds potatoes
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 egg yolks
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Peel and chop the potatoes.
- Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender.
- Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
- Add butter and heavy cream to the potatoes.
- Mash the potatoes until smooth.
- Stir in egg yolks, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pipe or spoon the potato mixture onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
