Ingredients

- 200g dark chocolate
- 100g milk chocolate
- 50g chopped nuts
- 30g dried fruits
- 20g honey
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.
- Stir in the milk chocolate until smooth.
- Add honey, chopped nuts, and dried fruits to the chocolate mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a chocolate bar mold.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours until set.
- Remove from the mold and cut into pieces.
Notes
- Store in a cool, dry place.
- Can be customized with different toppings.
- Make sure to temper the chocolate for a glossy finish.
