Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream the butter and powdered sugar together.
  3. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture.
  6. Stir in the chocolate chips and nuts if using.
  7. Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes until set.
  9. Let them cool slightly, then roll in powdered sugar.
