Delicious double chocolate cookies with a hint of salted caramel.
Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, mix well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet mixture.
- Fold in chocolate chips and salted caramel sauce.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
- Store cookies in an airtight container.
- Can substitute dark chocolate chips for a richer flavor.
- Adjust caramel amount to taste.
