Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add taco seasoning and water according to the packet instructions.
  4. In a large bowl, mix the cooked beef, diced tomatoes, black beans, and sour cream.
  5. In a baking dish, layer half of the Doritos, then half of the beef mixture, followed by half of the cheese.
  6. Repeat the layers with the remaining Doritos, beef mixture, and cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Garnish with green onions before serving.
