Description
A delicious Dorito taco salad topped with Catalina dressing.
Ingredients

- 1 bag of Doritos
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 head of lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 can black olives, sliced
- 1 cup Catalina dressing
Instructions
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Add taco seasoning and water according to package instructions. Stir well.
- In a large bowl, combine chopped lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and olives.
- Add the cooked beef to the salad mixture.
- Crush the Doritos and sprinkle them on top.
- Drizzle with Catalina dressing before serving.
Notes
- For a vegetarian option, substitute beef with black beans.
- Feel free to add other toppings like avocado or jalapeños.
