Ingredients

- 2 cups glutinous rice flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- Red food coloring
- Sesame seeds
Instructions
- Mix glutinous rice flour and sugar in a bowl.
- Add water and coconut milk, stir until smooth.
- Divide the mixture into two bowls.
- Color one bowl with red food coloring.
- Pour both mixtures into a steaming dish.
- Steam for 30 minutes until firm.
- Let cool, then cut into pieces.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
Notes
- Adjust sugar to taste.
- Use food coloring sparingly.
- Store in an airtight container.
