A creamy and savory dip inspired by the classic dirty martini cocktail.
Ingredients

- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup olive brine
- 1/2 cup green olives, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise.
- Add olive brine, chopped olives, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in chopped parsley.
- Transfer to a serving dish and chill for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve with crackers or vegetable sticks.
Notes
- Adjust olive brine to taste for saltiness.
- Can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
- Garnish with additional olives before serving.
