- 4 tortillas

Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the chopped onion and minced garlic until soft.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in the black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Warm the tortillas in a separate pan.
- Fill each tortilla with the beef mixture and top with shredded cheese.
- Serve immediately.
