- 1 turkey (12-14 lbs)
- 4 cups stuffing
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 5 lbs mashed potatoes
- 3 cups green beans
- 1 cup gravy
- 1 pumpkin pie
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Prepare the turkey by removing the giblets and rinsing it.
- Stuff the turkey with the stuffing.
- Brush the turkey with melted butter.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and cover with foil.
- Roast for 3-4 hours, basting occasionally.
- Cook the mashed potatoes and green beans separately.
- Heat the gravy and serve with the turkey.
- Serve cranberry sauce and pumpkin pie for dessert.
