- 4 croissants
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix chicken, spinach, cream cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Cut croissants in half and fill them with the mixture.
- Place filled croissants on a baking sheet.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm.

- Feel free to add other vegetables.
- Use leftover chicken for a quicker meal.
- These can be made ahead and baked later.
