Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot and covering them with water. Boil for 10-12 minutes.
  2. Remove the eggs and place them in ice water for 5 minutes.
  3. Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
  4. Remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
  5. Add mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, and pepper to the yolks. Mix until smooth.
  6. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
  7. Sprinkle paprika on top for garnish.
