- 6 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Paprika for garnish
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs, cool, and peel them.
- Slice the eggs in half and remove the yolks.
- In a bowl, combine yolks, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Mash the mixture until smooth.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
- Sprinkle paprika on top for garnish.
