Deviled eggs with a spicy wasabi twist.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon wasabi paste
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Chives for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes.
  2. Cool the eggs in cold water.
  3. Peel the eggs and slice them in half.
  4. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  5. Add mayonnaise, wasabi paste, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to the yolks.
  6. Mash the mixture until smooth.
  7. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
  8. Garnish with chives.
