Description
Deviled eggs with a spicy wasabi twist.
Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon wasabi paste
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Chives for garnish
Instructions
- Boil the eggs for 10 minutes.
- Cool the eggs in cold water.
- Peel the eggs and slice them in half.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, wasabi paste, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to the yolks.
- Mash the mixture until smooth.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
- Garnish with chives.
Notes
- Adjust wasabi according to your spice preference.
- Can be made a day ahead.
- Store in the refrigerator until serving.
