Description
A delicious twist on classic deviled eggs with a variety of toppings.
Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Chives, chopped
- Smoked paprika
- Bacon bits
- Pickles, diced
- Olives, sliced
- Sriracha sauce
Instructions
- Boil the eggs for 10 minutes.
- Cool them in ice water for 5 minutes.
- Peel the eggs and slice them in half.
- Remove yolks and place in a bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper to yolks.
- Mash until smooth.
- Fill egg whites with yolk mixture.
- Set up toppings bar with chives, bacon bits, pickles, olives, and Sriracha.
- Garnish each egg with toppings of your choice.

- Use fresh eggs for easier peeling.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
