Description
Classic deviled eggs with a spicy kick from red pepper flakes.
Ingredients

- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Peel the hard-boiled eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to the yolks.
- Mash the mixture until smooth.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
- Garnish with fresh parsley.
- Serve chilled.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of red pepper flakes to taste.
- Can be made a day in advance.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
