Description

A creamy twist on classic deviled eggs using hummus.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup hummus
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes and cool in ice water.
  2. Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
  3. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  4. Add hummus, mustard, lemon juice, and salt to the yolks.
  5. Mix until smooth.
  6. Fill the egg whites with the mixture.
  7. Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
