Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Paprika for garnish
Instructions
- Boil the eggs for 10 minutes.
- Cool and peel the eggs.
- Cut the eggs in half and remove the yolks.
- In a bowl, mash the yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, hot sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
- Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
