A creamy and tangy twist on classic deviled eggs using goat cheese.
Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup goat cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chives or paprika for garnish
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot and covering with water. Bring to a boil, then cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 12 minutes.
- Cool the eggs in ice water, then peel them.
- Slice the eggs in half and remove the yolks.
- In a bowl, combine yolks, goat cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.
- Garnish with chives or paprika.
Notes
- Use fresh eggs for easier peeling.
- Adjust seasonings to your taste.
- These can be made a few hours in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
