Description
A classic appetizer featuring hard-boiled eggs filled with a creamy mixture and giardiniera for a spicy kick.
Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup giardiniera, chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs and let them cool.
- Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, mustard, chopped giardiniera, salt, and pepper to the yolks.
- Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.
- Garnish with additional giardiniera if desired.
- Chill before serving.
Notes
- Adjust giardiniera quantity for more or less heat.
- Can be prepared a few hours in advance.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
