Description
A classic appetizer featuring hard-boiled eggs filled with a creamy and flavorful mixture of yolks, mayonnaise, mustard, and fresh herbs.
Ingredients

			- 6 large eggs
 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise
 - 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
 - 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot and covering with water. Bring to a boil, then cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 12 minutes.
 - Cool the eggs in ice water for 5 minutes, then peel them.
 - Cut the eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks.
 - In a bowl, mash the yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, chives, parsley, salt, and pepper.
 - Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
 - Garnish with additional herbs if desired. Serve chilled.
 
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
 - Use any fresh herbs you prefer.
 - Can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
