A classic appetizer with a creamy twist.
Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Paprika for garnish
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs. Let them cool and peel.
- Slice the eggs in half and remove the yolks.
- In a bowl, mash the yolks with cream cheese, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard.
- Add salt and black pepper to taste.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
- Sprinkle paprika on top for garnish.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add hot sauce to the yolk mixture.
- These can be made a day in advance.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
