Description

A classic appetizer with a creamy twist.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs. Let them cool and peel.
  2. Slice the eggs in half and remove the yolks.
  3. In a bowl, mash the yolks with cream cheese, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard.
  4. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
  5. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
  6. Sprinkle paprika on top for garnish.

Notes

  • For a spicy kick, add hot sauce to the yolk mixture.
  • These can be made a day in advance.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
