- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Paprika for garnish
Instructions
- Peel the hard-boiled eggs and slice them in half.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Add cottage cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper to the yolks.
- Mash the mixture until smooth.
- Fill the egg whites with the mixture.
- Sprinkle paprika on top for garnish.
- Chill before serving.
