Description
Classic deviled eggs topped with caviar for a luxurious touch.
Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons caviar
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot and covering with water. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and cover for 12 minutes.
- Cool the eggs in cold water for 5 minutes. Peel and slice in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl. Mash with a fork.
- Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to the yolks. Mix until smooth.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
- Top each filled egg with a small spoonful of caviar.
- Serve chilled.

- Use fresh eggs for easier peeling.
