Classic deviled eggs topped with caviar for a luxurious touch.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons caviar

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot and covering with water. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and cover for 12 minutes.
  2. Cool the eggs in cold water for 5 minutes. Peel and slice in half lengthwise.
  3. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl. Mash with a fork.
  4. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to the yolks. Mix until smooth.
  5. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
  6. Top each filled egg with a small spoonful of caviar.
  7. Serve chilled.
