Ingredients

  • 6 hard boiled eggs
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 slider buns
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Sliced tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the hard boiled eggs.
  2. In a bowl, mix eggs with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Slice the slider buns in half.
  4. On the bottom half of each bun, place a lettuce leaf.
  5. Add a spoonful of the egg mixture on top of the lettuce.
  6. Top with a slice of tomato.
  7. Cover with the top half of the bun.
  8. Serve immediately.
