Description
A tasty twist on classic deviled eggs, served as sliders.
Ingredients

- 6 hard boiled eggs
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 slider buns
- Lettuce leaves
- Sliced tomatoes
Instructions
- Peel and chop the hard boiled eggs.
- In a bowl, mix eggs with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Slice the slider buns in half.
- On the bottom half of each bun, place a lettuce leaf.
- Add a spoonful of the egg mixture on top of the lettuce.
- Top with a slice of tomato.
- Cover with the top half of the bun.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Try adding bacon bits for extra flavor.
- Serve with a side of pickles.
