A creamy and flavorful pasta salad inspired by deviled eggs.
Ingredients

- 8 ounces elbow macaroni
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1/4 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Paprika for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped hard-boiled eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, celery, and red onion.
- Add the cooled macaroni to the egg mixture and stir to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with paprika before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the mustard and vinegar to taste.
- For extra flavor, add pickles or relish.
- This salad is best served cold.
