Ingredients

  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1/4 cup celery, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions.
  2. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  3. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, and vinegar.
  4. Add the chopped eggs, celery, and onion.
  5. Add the cooked macaroni to the bowl.
  6. Mix everything well until combined.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
