Description
A creamy and flavorful deviled egg macaroni salad.
Ingredients

- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1/4 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions.
- Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, and vinegar.
- Add the chopped eggs, celery, and onion.
- Add the cooked macaroni to the bowl.
- Mix everything well until combined.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add paprika on top before serving.
- Can be made a day in advance.
- Adjust the amount of mayonnaise to your taste.
