Instructions
- Peel and chop the hard-boiled eggs.
- In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chopped eggs to the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl.
- Garnish with chopped chives.
