A sweet twist on the classic grilled cheese sandwich, perfect for dessert.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 2 slices of cheese (preferably sweet cheese like mascarpone or cream cheese)
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 tablespoon of cinnamon sugar
- 1 tablespoon of fruit preserves (optional)
Instructions
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread, butter-side down, on a skillet.
- Add cheese on top of the bread in the skillet.
- Spread fruit preserves on the cheese if using.
- Top with the second slice of bread, butter-side up.
- Cook on medium heat until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Flip and cook the other side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar before serving.

- Use thick slices of bread for better texture.
