- 1 1/2 cups pumpkin puree
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 large eggs
- 1 pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, heavy cream, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.
- Beat in the eggs until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
- Bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven.
- Reduce the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 40-50 minutes.
- Cool before serving.
